I know reaching out can be hard so I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m Laura Packard, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. I offer virtual therapy for teens and women navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, postpartum challenges, and those “I’m overwhelmed and don’t know where to start” moments.

Fully Online - Individual Therapy
Sessions are tailored to you, whether you need space to talk, support through something heavy, or tools to help manage what you’re experiencing.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
Who I Work With: Teens and adult women, LGBTQIA+ women
Focus Areas: Trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, life transitions, and grief
Session Length and fee without insurance:
Intake - $170
55 minutes - $155
40 minutes - $130
Insurances Accepted:
Blue Cross Blue Shields, Harvard Pilgrim, and Aetna - fee based on your insurance co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances. If you have Out Of Network (OON) benefits I can also take your insurance.
